MEET DUNCAN JAMES

I am the owner and director of a boutique real estate agency, established on the Sunshine Coast in 2013. Based in Noosa Heads, the agency has evolved from servicing high end and investment properties to focusing exclusively on equine and lifestyle acreage properties across the Sunshine Coast and Noosa Hinterland including the Mary Valley and wherever my services are required in South East Queensland. 

I combine my passion for horses with my years of marketing and negotiating experience in ensuring horse owners buy, sell and relocate to properties that suit both their horses and their lifestyle.

Outside of real estate, I am a family man with three children and horses are a major part of our lives. We all ride and enjoy the equine lifestyle. Much of my time is spent exploring local trails, chasing cows, attending horse events and staying actively involved within the local horse community.

For me, equine property is more than just real estate. It brings together two things I genuinely enjoy — property and horses.
