Through ongoing communication, we review suitability and create a shortlist of properties worth pursuing.

I personally inspect properties on your behalf, taking photos, videos and assessing overall suitability including access, land, infrastructure and equine setup.
You receive detailed feedback and reporting before deciding whether to proceed further.

If you are unable to attend inspections in person, I can conduct live video walk throughs of shortlisted properties so you can experience the property remotely and ask questions in real time.

Before negotiations commence, a thorough market and comparable sales analysis is completed to help determine fair market value and the right negotiation strategy.
Final inspections and due diligence are then supervised throughout the purchasing process.
